Swami Says, God has million Names and Forms, He asks us to select any Name or Form and meditate on the Form. God has a million Names, sages and saints have seen Him in million Forms. Select any Name or Form of His that appeals to you, Everyday, when you awaken to the call of brightening East, recite the Name and Meditate on the Form. Have the Name and Form as your companion, guide and guardian throughout the toils of waking hours. when you retire for the night, offer greatful homage to God in that Form, with that Name, for being with you, beside you, before you, behind you, all day long.
