The Path " You don't have to become a Buddhist to take a Buddhist path. You can simply walk a few steps and see whether you like where it is taking you. You can walk on and off a path as you like. Just as reading this book means you have already taken a look along the path. But that doesn't mean you have to stop exploring the other paths you may want to follow. Please, Continue! Buddhism, and all religions, should be about adding Buddhist richness to it. As one 19-year-old who had been meditating for years told me, " I wouldn't necessarily consider myself a Buddhist, but i'm practicing all the time.
