Guest guest
My humble pranams at the divine lotus feet of our ever present beloved bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba! Taking a Buddhist Path What is a path? " The central metaphor of life as a path, so central to Buddhist teachings, was already in wide use at the time of the Buddha. In India and all over the world, seekers have been talking for thousands of years about following spiritual paths. The earliest Christians, for example, called themselves the " Followers of the way. " The " Tao " in Taoism literally means " The Way. " The Buddha spoke of his teachings as the " Middle Way " and the " Noble eight fold path. " Buddhist seekers like these metaphors because they reveal an awareness of the long journey we all have toward embodying the sacred. " Om Sri Sai Ram!
