Sai Ram brothers and sisters in Sai!

 

For those of you who have studied the Ramayana, I hope you enjoy this. For those

of you who are thinking about cracking it's pages to imbibe its timeless

messages...I hope this encourages. It is dedicated to Sathya Sai Baba who

continues to teach me to be the " Sita within "

 

From the forest He arose

With matted hair and tattered clothes

The long stay there was now complete

So softly came His holy feet

 

He tred the depths of jungle deep

His father's word; His vow to keep

Those fourteen years which slowly passed

Had finally reached their end at last!

 

Devoted hearts did year for Him

Rama! Rama! Guard of men...

 

Such was the love and sweet delight

His path was lined with candles bright

And when He reached Ayodya's door

The lights shone brighter than before

 

So loud and true rang voices clear

Hail Rama! Jai Rama!

Our King is here!
