Shri Shirdi Sai has now blessed a village named Vadapadhi in Mamandur near Chengalpet, by HIS presence here.

 

Myself and my colleague went to Vadapadhi (actually we didn’t intend visiting) accidentally and went to a temple called “Poomathamman Templeâ€.

 

Goddess Poomathamman is the main deity. There are ten viruthams about this amman in ancient scripts dating back to 1880. This is said to be Dakshinamoorthi Swaroopini.

 

The other deities include Gnana Shakthi Ganapathy (which was found in a river bed by itself), Abirama Sundari sametha Shri Naganatha Eshwarar, Goddess Atharva Badhra Kaali Ugra Prathyankira, and Anjaneya.

 

On that day when we visited, we were surprised to find Shri Sai Baba statue made of Black Stone. The main deity being Dhakshinamoorthi Swaroopini, our Sai as Dhakshinamoorthi is to be installed in the entrance facing North and one will have darshan of Guru and then all other deities. The kumbam will be like North Indian style.

 

The black stone murthy is so beautiful (to be the second one after Guindy Sai Temple) and we started imagining with ornaments and crown, and lo it looks marvelous. The priest told us that the Kumbabhishekam will be done during next six months.

 

Alongwith this Shri Lakshmi Narasimhar is also going to be installed.

 

The word spread and Baba’s Grace is pouring for the work. Now it is our intention that maximum people from all walks of life should have the good fortune by participating with whatever contributions Baba instructs them to do.
