AUM SAI RAM On the auspicious occasion of the 83rd Birthday Celebrations of Our Beloved Bhagawan Sri Sri Sri Sathya Sai Baba Swami Vaaru,the Sri Sathya Sai Sahasra Poorna Chandra Shanti Mahotsavam will be celebrated from Saturday 15th November 2008 to Monday 17th November 2008 at the Hillview Stadium in Prasanti Nilayam,the Abode of Supreme Peace

Aachaarya Guru Sanjiva Narasimha Appadoo, the President of the Sri Sathya Sai Paaduka Samithi, contacted to give us an explanation of the reasons that the Grand Event is celebrated on Friday 14th Novembe 2008 in other parts of the World, more particularly in Mauritius,graciously gave us the following very revealing and awe inspiring explanations.

According to the Panchaangam, the Lunar Calendar and to the same Tithi (Lunar Phase) and Nakshtram (the Presiding Star in the Sky) THE 14TH NOVEMBER 2008 CORRESPONDS EXACTLY TO THE BIRTH DATE OF OUR BELOVED LORD BHAGAWAN BABA!!

" When I was informed to be the Aasthaana Aacharya of the event , I immediately started making my Vedic Calculations. It really surprised me at the Spiritual level that the 14th November correspond EXACTLY to the Birth date of our most Beloved Bhagavaan Srii Srii Srii Sathya Sai Baaba Swaamii Vaaru, according to the Panchaangam the Lunar Calendar.

Friday 14th November 2008 correspond to the same Tithi ( Lunar Phase) & Nakshtram ( the Presiding Star in the Sky )!

Here is the Birth Date and all the configuration of Bhagavaan Baaba according to the authoritative Panchaangam ( the Lunar Calendar )Monday 23rd November 1926 :

1. SRII AKSHAYA NAAMA SAMVATSARAM : In the cycle of 60 years, the Akshaya, so called year is the 60th. AKSHAYA means the non-perishable, non declining. So another main reason why Our Baaba is REALLY GOD !!! God's descending to earth, MAADHAVA becoming to the level of Maanava, to lift MAANAVA to the state of MAADHAVA .

2. DAKSHINAAYANAM : The Southern Solstice, Southern movement of the Sun towards the South.

3. SHARAD RRITU : The Season which brings coolness & blossoming of flowers

4. KAARTHIKA MAASAM : The most auspicious month of the coming of the Divine and Spiritual Light, to explore all corners & nooks where there is ignorance in the Heart of Man.

5. KRISHNA PAKSHAM: The Dark fortnight

6. TADIYA TITHI: The phane of the moon where wanning has just started

7. AARDHRA NAKSHATRAM : Both the appearance of the Male & Female aspects of the Supreme Lord who descend on Bhuu Lokam. "

The TITHI corresponds amazingly to Friday 14th November 2008. We are all blessed to be assembled to Celebrate Bhagawan Baba's BIRTHDAY in the most spiritual & Humble manner. We thank Our Beloved Lordfor prompting us to celebrate this Grand Event.

We are not the doer, only things are done through us but prompted & motivated by the Lord!.

In the Physical Divine August Presence of Bhagawan Baba all the rituals will be performed. We do not create anything, here in our most Humble ways, we will just COPY & PASTE !!!

The rituals will be set up according to the plan. All the necessary ingredients will be assembled in an orderly way. The process of evacuating, the world from the turmoil of darkness of ignorance into the Wisdom of Divinity in Pure Knowledge of the Self is the celebration of rituals provided there is the transmission of Knowledge.

2. Propitiation of the Divine Seer: Sri Guru Stotrm ( Pouring of selected flowers on the SRI SATHYA SAI DIVYA PEETHAM & PAADUKAAS by the children of Baal Vikaas.

3. Propitiation of the 9 Planets for the benefits at the Physical, Mental & n Spiritual Dimentions for the Welfare of everything in the Cosmos: NAVA GRAHA POOJA

4. Ritual to propitiate the conqueror of Death & Negativity: MRITYUNJAYA

5. The Worship of the Formless Form & Nameless Name of Lord the Supreme : SRII LAKSHMI NAARAAYANA.

6. SRII PURUSHA SUUKTAM / SRII SUUKTAM / SRII NAARAAYANA SUUKTAM / BHUUU SUUKTAM / NEELAA SUUKTAM & VISHNU SUUKTAM
