AUM SAI RAM

 

Once upon a time, in a faraway land, lived a little girl, Any and an old woman, Dadi. Dadi found Any in a sugar field when she was a tiny baby. She brought Any to her house and lovingly raised her as her daughter.

 

As time passed, Any became very fond of reading story books and of day dreaming. She loved Fantomas and Tarzan but her real hero was Ram from the book 'Ramayana'. Ram was God. He was a handsome and sweet warrior prince. He loved his father, his mothers (he had four), his brothers, his wife Sia, not to forget Hanuman, his monkey friend and everybody. He was Love himself. He helped everybody always and in all ways. He never hurt anybody in thought, word or action. He fought against the Demon King Ravana and killed him. He was the perfect hero. He was the Prince Charming of Any.

 

Any spent long hours in day dreaming of Ram and all his valiant exploits against the bad and the evil. At night, Ram came in her dreams. Ram, her hero became her constant imaginary companion.

 

One day, somebody knocked at the door when Any was in the midst of a beautiful dream. She opened the door. A handsome young man stood in front of her.

 

" Hello! Who are you? "

 

" I am Ram, your hero! "

 

" No! You ain't! If you are my Ram, why aren't you wearing the dhoti? Where is your janev

thread (worn by Brahmans)? Where are your bow and arrows? Why are you dressed like a cowboy? "

 

" Yes! I am Ram, your hero, little lady. Things have changed since I returned from exile in the forest. I travelled a lot, not only by astral but by airplanes. One day, I landed in America and I decided to stay. This is why I am dressed like this " .

 

" Ram! My hero! Please come in! Dadi, look who is here! It is Ram, my hero! "

 

" Where,

beta? I don't see anybody. "

 

Dear readers, Ram was visible to Any alone. She had the Faith.
