How true bhaiya......in every personal development article we will find Swami's teachings!

 

As Swami says....it all begins with the 'thought'...which may be based on PERCEPTION, INFORMATION or/ and EXPERIENCE..... and that is why it is essential to check each 'thought' as it arises...cause it leads to Feelings > Attitude > Action > Habit > which then becomes part of our 'Personality.'

 

Ultimately the energy we give/send out is what we will receive....
