Shirdi is about 5 hours journey by road from Mumbai. Luxury / Air conditioned buses are available from Mumbai to Shirdi charging around Rs. 300 per passenger. These buses normally leave Mumbai in the night and reach Shirdi in the early morning. Few buses are available in the day time also. Aum sai ram.
