Guest guest
Sai ram; just writing to wish you all a productive, peaceful and pleasant week. I came across these mantras and thought I'd send it to you all. I can't attend as much prayer and devotional gathering as I would like because of circumstances beyond my control, but I use every opportunity given to me by God to learn the mantras that I hear and internalise them in my daily prayer routine. I see it as a personal deposit of faith that would in time bear divine dividends. If by chance anyone could locate the audio for these prayers and could please forward it to me, I will be very greatful. My computer uses synthetic speech, so it is impossible to get the correct pronunciation. Thanks in advance. A selection of Prayers for the Day. Early Morning Prayer Before Arising Opening your palms before you, repeat the following: Karaagrae Vasatae LakshmihiKara Madhyae SaraswathiKara Moolaethu Govindaha On the tips of my fingers, I see Lakshmi. Saraswathi is in the middle of my palms and Govinda (Krishna) resides at the base of my palms. Join your palms together: Prabhathae Kara Darshanam I join my palms together in salutations, seeing God in my palms. (The symbology of this is honest labor.) Prayer Before Placing One's Feet on the Floor Before placing one's feet on the floor, reverently repeat the following: Samudra Vasanae DeviParvatha Sthana ManadithaeVishnu Patri Namaha StubhyaPaadasparsham Kshamaswa Mae O Divine Mother, Your sari is the ocean and the mountains are Your breasts.
