Sri Saibaba apparently explained the nuances in topics related to

Karma to Sri Chandorkar, this has been one of the subjects on which Sri Dasganu Maharaj wrote during his days when Sri Sai was alive. Sri Dasganu's writings in Bhakta Leelamrit and Sant Katamrit have been translated into English and published. Sri Sai Gurucharitra, one such version written by Sri SVL in Telugu and translated into English was serialized published in Sai Vichaar as Contributed Article several months ago. Several examples in Sri Sai Satcharitha depict the interference of Sri Saibaba in devotees' lives to destroy the perils of so called "karma". Actually, the comment regarding fruition of flowers on the tree made by Sri Saibaba to Hemadpant is perhaps refers to the question regarding the benefits one could get from a Saint of Sri Sai's caliber, not just fulfillment of desires by Baba. One fact remains the same that only a fraction of the fraction of millions drawn to Sri Saibaba were able to receive "that" which Baba wanted to give. Baba said

that he would fulfill the desires of those who come to him until they are ready and ask for what Baba wanted to give them. Towards the end of His physical life, Baba woefully lamented that people did not really care to receive what he wanted to give. Regarding the effects of Karma, consequences of actions of past birth and the effects of actions in the present life, for a Sai child it should be enough to stay cognizant that Baba will take care of the welfare of His children, fulfill the desires as He desires and will do what is best for His child. It is perhaps not sensible to worry over things like karma and praaptha, but be more concerned about constantly remembering Baba amidst the temptation of life and living. Baba said, "What is yours will stay with you and what is others will stay with themselves". While many material references can be drawn to this saying of Baba, what is truly ours should be our intense love, devotion and surrender to Sri Saibaba

at His terms and not at ours. As long as one is grounded in this fact, there is no need to worry about Karma or such other concepts. CONTRIBUTED ARTICLE: How to recognize a Perfect Master "You will never be able to understand thoroughly how great Sai Baba is. He is the very personification of perfection. If you know Him as I know Him, you would call Him the Master of Creation" - Meher Baba (1894 - 1969) Meher Baba said that when a sincere and patient seeker of Truth comes into contact with one who is spiritually perfect, he will observe certain outer signs that are inseparably associated with inner spiritual perfection. The most important of these signs are three: firstly, Perfection is not only "Oneness with God," but also the continual and uninterrupted experience of "Oneness in everything." A Perfect Master continually, without break, experiences and realizes his

own Self as the Self in all. This inner experience objectively manifests itself in the spontaneity of love that such a one feels or expresses towards all Creation. To him nothing is attractive or repulsive. Good and bad, saint and sinner, beauty and ugliness, wisdom and idiocy, health and disease -- all are modes of his own manifestation. When embodied Perfection loves, fondles or feeds any living creature, it feels and enjoys as if it were loving, fondling and feeding its own Self. In this stage no vestige of "otherness" is left. The second sign is the atmosphere of bliss that Perfection radiates in its immediate vicinity, an atmosphere that a stranger in search of it cannot help feeling. A Perfect Master not only enjoys infinite bliss but also experiences universal suffering. The acuteness of suffering however is nullified or subdued by the overwhelming feeling of bliss. Hence Perfection can outwardly appear blissfully calm in the face of every kind of

suffering and persecution. The third sign of Perfection is its power to adapt itself to any level of humanity. It can be as nonchalant on a throne as in a gutter. It can very naturally be thrifty with the poor, extravagant with the rich, regal with kings, wise with the learned and simple with the illiterate and the ignorant. Just as a Maser of Letters teaches English in different ways to beginners and graduate students, so also a Perfect Master adapts himself to the level of those whom he wants to uplift spiritually. Sadguru Sainath is the foremost of the Perfect Masters Meher Baba resorted to during his quest to seek realization. Meher Baba, a great Yogi himself, felt that if one knows Sainath as he had known him, he/she would accept Him to be the Master of the Creation. Sai Baba be with her at this crucial period. We all are Sai devotees and are under great tension. Saibaba after her delivery and son's marriage we will come to Shirdi and lay at Your feet, always chanting your divine name. Please excuse for all the mistakes we made knowingly or unknowingly. Regarding my son's marriage problems are arising again and again. My daughter is daily reading Sai Satcharita book. PadmaMy dear Sainatha, thank you so for curing my daughter. My daughter was getting this recurring stye in her eyes. I kept my child in my lap and chanted 11 times Sai chalisa. The infection in her eye went off within a day. may be unbeleivable to many. But it happend in my house during Kakad arati some 6 years back. Baba gave me instruction to do all the arati in my house eight years before. I have followed this instruction of Baba. We are doing all Kakad, Madhyana, Dhoop and also Shej arati of Baba in our house in Marathi language. Everyday, after arati, I used to give bath to Baba. Six years before, on Saturday, I used to clad red dress after giving bath. Now I can sing all the aratis myself. But at that time, I used to sing together with the computer. My computer was behind me singing the Kakad arati and I was following the computer. I was holding Baba's white marble Murti in my hand and giving bath. After cleaning Baba after bath, I put the red dress on His body. That red dress was little bit shorter. Kakad arati in my computer was at the end. The computer was behind me. I put the white marble murti in a thali, the dress on the murti was not arranged. More over, as the dress was shorter

to His body, it needed a careful wearing. I stood up and clicked the computer to stop it as Kakad arati was complete. When I sat to nicely arrange the unarranged red dress on Baba's murthi which was in thali, it was astounding that Baba himself arranged His dress, as the dress was a little shorter to his body, was not short anymore. I was choked with emotion and cried a lot. I then called my wife and showed her. That dress is now kept in a box as Baba's prasad. Who says then Baba is not living! in constant mental agony regarding these two. My wife had to take up a job because with Sai's grace we ventured into a new house construction which means lot of monthly expenses. We prayed to Sai how we can solve this and He immediately showed a job which we thought would be the best offer ever. Now, my wife is working for the past few weeks and the house construction is going well all due to Sai's grace. With Your grace my brother got job in a very good company and is happy. He got his job on Thursday which is again Your doing. EXPERIENCE OF DEVOTEES: SudeshnaIt so happened that on Monday I wanted to buy an idol of Baba made of marble polish a bit bigger in size from a shop where I had seen it some weeks back but when I went there to buy it it was no more there and was sold. Somewhere I knew the owner would find me another one, and I was obstinate that I wanted that idol at my home in any way. The

shop owner asked me to come on Wednesday and was also qouting a higher price, I was not agreeing with the price in the beginning but on Wednesday when I saw the same idol I knew it was for me. I asked the price and he was stubborn that he would not reduce the price. Finally I agreed and bought the idol but on my way home I kept thinking that I should have bargained but again I thought it is only because of Baba that I have eveyrthing with me and I got the idol home. When my husband came back home from work, he gave me good news saying that he received his salary today with a very small amount being cut as tax and has recieved salary which he never thought of. I was so stunned and I knew it was Sai and nothing else, His mahima is only for His devotees. Baba thank you once again.
