Hello Prabhakarji,Yes there are freequent bus services from Pune to Shirdi and it will cost you anywhere between Rs 150/- to Rs 300/- depending upon the bus operator and the coach type (Volvo, AC, Non-AC).Here is a number for one of the Travel Operators :

Sameera Travels (Shastri Nagar Chowk, Near DON Bosco School) :  9822881501It is around 4 Kms from Pune Airport and the buses / coaches pick you from there only. No need to go anywhere else.
