Dear friends, I am a dentist by profession, working in a private clinic in bangalore.I am finding hard to work herebecause of my boss.He underestimates me and treat me like a useless....as though i work 7 hrs for him.....

Just because of his behaviour all my collegues left and only me and one more doctor is staying .......In spite of doing work according to him he irritatates us.We dont have individuality......But till i get another job i cant leave this....

I am very much depressed by his behaviour....Dont know what to do....BABA I LOVE YOU.....WITH Regards,

Sai Ram ,Dr.Madu ji,Please have patience ,the attitude of your boss is diffinately change. You are lucky that you have job to survive,as you know Doctor there are thousands who are in a fix without jobs. I pray to beloved sai maharaj that evry thing will be alright for you in due course. Just trust shree sai. People like your boss is also a human being and he will appriciate your hard work soon.Just dont leave job as time is difficult these days. Dr.Maadhu,

 

dont bother about bosses.most boss's are bossy & fussy.

 

what should make a difference to your existance is a smile on the patients face.

 

more so God knows who has helpd cure the patient .

 

medical was meant to be a noble profession and doctors - direct emissionaries of God, though ofcourse some doctors like your boss may have gone overboard and think that they have become God themselves.

 

so remember/concentrate/meditate/read on Saibaba as much as you or in between the free time if you get any, try to get yourself aquainted to alternate medicines ( ayurveda or other natural cures etc) and see if they can complement your allopathy based pratice in any way.

 

if ofcourse your boss is messy(hostile) also besides being bossy and fussy, then i can understand if you want to pursue things in a medical forum or law/look for job change.
