Namaste Stephanie, yes the 13 mukhi rudraksha can also be used for

spiritual growth and mental enhancement. It is also helpful for

meditation and spiritual attainments.

 

13 mukhi is able to assist with Reiki healing and other healing

modalities when its Beeja (seed) mantra is recited " Om Hreem Namah " .

 

If possible, please also wear a mala of 5 mukhis with 108 beads as this

balances the 7 chakras and maintains the health of the practitioner by

preventing any kind of energy drain.
