AUM SAI RAM

"I am God.

You are God too but the only difference between you and me is I am aware of my

divinity but you are not!" Bhagawan Baba keeps repeating to all.

I have

seldom met a human being who is bold enough to recognise that he/she is god.

Fear of blasphemy, lack of confidence or mere bashfulness? - God knows! We,

adults, keep our lips sealed on this delicate issue. On the other hand, kids

are more daring and in this context, I am, almost everyday, learning about the

reality of life from my young guru…my five year old grand daughter.

We were one

day travelling by air to London.

At the break of dawn we were flying over Italy

slowly acceding to the mountainous regions of France and as I gazed from the

window I perceived a breathtaking panorama of celestial colours. God, the

Creator of the Universe, had with a paint brush or any other art implement

created this unbelievable scenery. I could distinguish layers of different colours.

Below, a vast layer of charcoal black, seemingly clouds. Going up, a streak of

orange followed by a streak of gold, then light blue and at the top the most

peaceful sky blue. I let my imagination wander at the sight of this amazing art

work accomplished by the most potent God.

Suddenly,

my reverie was broken by the voice of a soul angel, my grand daughter-

"Dadi, I

want to look!"

"Of course,

Beta, look at this beautiful picture which God has painted!" She sighed and

engrossed in her thoughts she said nothing. I ventured to ask-

"Do you

know who is God?"

"Aum Baba

is God!" (She fondly calls Bhagawan Baba, Aum Baba).

"Yes, Beta…

Jesus Christ too is God!"

"My Papa

too is God, Dadi. He painted the house!"

In this

age, when technology gremlins are out in force everyday and everywhere,

kids…only kids are aware of the inherent divinity of humans because kids are

not different from God.

Thank you

Lotus Feet of SAI
