Do not exaggerate the importance of things that have material utility; they fade even as you grasp them by the hand. Search for "Sath" - that which suffers no change. Search for "Chith" - the state of consciousness, Search for "Anandha" - the bliss that emanates from Prema, Divine Love. This love has no blemish of attachment, is unaffected by gusts of passion, is pure, and free from egoism or the desire to possess. Then alone can you experience the Light, and illumine the path for others. Be like bees hovering on the Glory of the Lord, sucking the nectar of Grace, silently and joyfully.
