The book, 'SWAMI AND AMMA TRAVEL IN THE OCEAN OF TRUTH' was joyfully blessed for release by Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba on Sunday March 25th 2007. Baba was seated in His chair inside the mandir, at Puttaparthi, India, before a gathering of students at the time of His blessing. This blessing was in accordance with exact divine timing, for the day was Srimad Sai Rajarajeshwari's 60th 'Star' birthday.

Baba has blessed countless millions during this Avatar. One saintly soul who has received abundant blessings from Sai Baba is Sri Basavanna, of Mysore.

In one of His communions, Sai Baba directed that the Divine Mother, Sai Rajarajeshwari, should be introduced to a public audience or gathering only in a particular fashion that He had personally dictated to Sri Basavanna. (Excerpts below)

" I (Sri Basavanna) have been commanded by Amma to address you with a few words today. I therefore offer myself for the purpose ordained, to make you aware that this Amma is none other than The Devi, the Adishakti, Parvathi the Eternal Mother.

The same Shiva/Shakti Avatar is before us now – Shiva being Sri Sri Sri Sathya Sai Baba and Shakti being Bhagavati Srimad Sai Rajarajeshwari. Now this Sai Rajarajeshwari, Parvathi, is granting you the audience today which is to be recorded in Golden Letters as a Red-Letter Day in your life-time.

She is kind to the good as Lalitha-Tripura Sundari and terrible to the bad. She is Gouri. She is Kali. She is Durga. She is One and all. "

BABA chose the year of 1947, 21 years after His own advent in 1926, for the incarnation of the physical form of Srimad Sai Rajarajeshwari, whom we lovingly refer to as " Amma. "

Despite Her involvement with the physical world, Her Lord has ensured that she has no contact with " worldly dirt " at any stage, keeping a promise He made to her during a discussion she had with Him as she turned 18.

At His chosen time in 1997, Baba commanded Amma (She was 50) to announce Her Avatarhood. Without hesitancy or a second word to Sai Baba, whom, Amma states, " Is My Lord, " She simply obeyed Him and announced Her Truth. " Who other than Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, being an Avatar Himself, has the authority to introduce the Avatar of the Divine Mother? "

Many years ago Amma told Sai Baba that she would not perform miracles. She has maintained this statement, yet many devotees have experienced Her Divine darshan, felt Her Godly Love, and received her timely guidance and help. Amma has, unceasingly and with Divine Love, been carrying out Manava Seva activities. (Service)

Amma, Srimad Sai Rajarajeshwari was born on March 29th 1947 as Lalitha Rao, declared by Purna Avatar of the Kali Yuga, Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, to be His Personal Shakti in 1997. Her abode is in Mysore, Karnataka. South India.

Like SWAMI, Amma, has played the part of an ordinary person, and by example has demonstrated an extraordinary way of life. As a housewife, she fulfilled all its requirements, yet has been in constant touch with spiritualism. She has shown us how to lead a family life and balance it with spirituality. Goddess Rajarajeshwari has been demonstrating to us how to reach God.
