FROM PUTTAPARTHI...ALLAH MALIK !!!

A Professor in Economics and a GOLD medalist started visiting Prasanthi Nilayam every week by taking off from work. He was an excellent teacher. One Sevadal (IAS officer) who took care of the shoes area, by chance spoke to him on seeing him regularly and suggested openings for a Post of Lecturer in Swami's University. So he applied for the same.

During another visit to Prasanthi Nilayam he enquired about the status of his application and he was shocked when he heard that 18,000 people had applied from world over including Oxford and Cambridge. He was disappointed and started to weep at his ill fate and his ego was completely shattered.

However, one day he got a letter saying that he was appointed that too without an interview. After joining he enquired as to how he was selected.

He was informed that due to the large number of applicants, Swami did the selection and that Swami simply picked 12 sealed applications in a few seconds and each application was exactly suitable for 12 different subjects with no overlapping at all and he was selected in those 12!!!

He however was still pessimistic about Swami picking the applications for the various posts. One day Swami during Darshan stopped by him and called him for an interview.

Swami: " Abdul you are very good at heart which is why I love you so much. But you do not believe in my Miracles and how I materialize objects. "

Abdul which was his name thought that Swami has never seen me and He knows my name and what I am thinking also.

Swami then said: " Abdul, tell me something you want this very moment which you think is impossible to create. "

Abdul said: " Some thing which represents all religions and highlights my Islam religion. "

Swami: " You think you have given me an impossible task!!! " Then Swami held his palm before Prof Abdul's eyes and in the centre was a beautiful 'Navratna Ring' (9 precious stones) with some green portion at the centre.

Abdul did not understand its significance but was awestruck at the materialization and the ring fitted his ring finger exactly.

While walking out of the Darshan hall a Muslim Friend wished to see the Divine ring and on seeing the same said: " Oh my God! The green portion has ALLAH inscribed in Arabic!!! "
