Whatever

acts we perform with the body, it leads to rebirth. Any action, good or

bad, can be compared to seeds. In order to avoid sowing such seeds, we

should do all actions without desire. All actions should be done, in

and only for the pleasure of God. If you are cleaning your room, think

that you are doing that for cleaning your heart, the shrine of God.

When you help or harm others, realise that you are doing it to

yourself. Then you will never let yourself harm anyone.
