Guest guest
Sai Ram Brother's & Sister's The same articles already posted in all the Sai group during 2006 by Bro.Swamy Mahadevan & then again posted by sssd group, again I am posting this today with Bro.Swamy Mahadevan's permission because its a real comedy incident, so everybody including new members can able to enjoy the following incident. Sai Ram Dr.Pooja Sai Bhatia Puttaparthi Chatterjee, Mukerjee, Banerjee and Swamijee!!! Sairam brothers and sisters, I think most of you know by now that Swami is in Bangalore these days for the last 15 days. Hopefully he should be here for another month atleast. With His visit, I had an opportunity to do seva for the last one week. During the seva I had the opportunity to hear many directs from various devotees. Each one is very captivating, fabulous, and heart-rendering. I thougt it fit to share some of them. I am starting the first one with the title which is depicted in the subject heading above. Well, this heading, will be most easily understood by all Indians but for the benefit of our International Sisters and Brothers, I wish to explain that these are names that are used in India by the Bengalis from Calcutta and Bengal State in General. Swami once spoke to 2 boys who speak Bengali as it is their native language. He asked one boy " What is your name? " to which the boy answered " Swami, my name is Banerjee " . But Swami corrected him and said his name is not " Banerjee " but it is " Chatterjee " . But the youth, denied it and told Swami, " No Swami, my name is " Banerjee " . Swami then asked him whether it is not true that he is most of the time Chattering and loves to chat in General. HE said that only monkeys keep chattering and so it is appropriate that one who keeps chattering all the time is actually " Chatterjee " (It is another Bengali name) and hence the youth's name cannot be Banerjee but Chatterjee. Now the boy realised his mistake and said " Sorry Swami " I will not talk unnecessarily any more. Then Swamy told him, that once Swami speaks to any Chatterjee, he then proceeds to become " Mookerjee " (Mukerjee is another Bengali name). Here Swami implied that the person who was a chatter box, suddenly becomes " mouth shut " type, locking his own mouth. So the name has changed to " Mookerjee " Then Swami went further to explain, that even this is not correct, because by now, such erstwhile chatter box persons, having followed Swami's guidelines, suddenly become Torch bearers for Swami and carry HIS banner all around the world. So now the name acquired by the person is " Banerjee " because he carries Swami's banner everywhere. This fantastic incident occured to the son of Shri Banerjee a seva dal member. Swami gave his son re-birth after the son had a near fatal accident and where the brain was badly damaged and the doctors and New Delhi in India, had recommended to the parents to let the son die, rather than live like a vegatable. But Swami intervened and now that youth is working in a good job. Hope all of you liked the episode the title depicts. In my next communication, I am going to let you know about the fantastic fortune of Shri Kulkarni, a retired Bank officer, (for doing everything time is required for me know.) He did not know about Swami 3 years ago, but now he is an ardent devotee.More about his horse's mouth narration, in my next communication. Sairam until then, With warm regards to all my Sai Sisters,Brothers and my Sai daughter's & Sons Jai sai ram Swamy mahadevan Bow to shri sai-Peace be to all Baba Bless you ever!!!
