" Jab dil udaas ho to Sai ka naam lena " i.e.

When one feels depressed one should take the name of

Sai "

Human beings have a tendency to feel depressed at

times, while facing the pain and miseries of life.

But, if such feeling of pain and misery is true, so is

the feeling of joy and bliss too. One should see Sai

in both the situations. In happiness without lasting

too much time rejoicing if we help others in getting

the same happiness in Baba's name or work for the

cause of Baba then the happiness that we derive will

be more lasting. Physical happiness is

momentary and once it is gone it brings sorrow as mind

has a tendency to ask for the same or more happiness

always, which certainly is not possible in human life.

Whenever you are in sorrowful situation remember

Baba's words. " See what comes next "

Keeping in touch with Baba internally and thinking of

Him reduce sorrow. By reading Sai Satcharitra, by

singing Baba's bhajans the sorrow gets certainly

lessened. In bad times one must read about Baba as

much as one can, meditate on Him, chant His name, sing

His devotional songs and help other people who are

undergoing pain and misery.

Baba Said

" He who attains the supreme goal of life, is immortal

and happy; allother merely exist, i.e. live so long as

they breathe "

In Shri Sai Satcharitra, Hemadpant has given us a

novel form of worship. What is that?

Hemadpant has given us a novel form of worship. Let

us, he says, use hot water in the form of tears of joy

to wash the Sad-guru's feet, let us besmear His body

with sandle-paste of pure love, let us cover

His body with the cloth of true faith, let us offer

eight lotuses in the form of our eight Sattwik

emotions and fruit in the form of our concentrated

mind; let us apply to His head bukka (black-powder) in

the form of devotion and tie the waistband of Bhakti

and place our head on his toes.

After decorating the Sad-guru with all jewelry in this

way, let us offer our all to Him and wave chamar of

devotion to ward off heat. After such blissful worship,

let us pray thus:- " Introvert our mind,

turn it inward, give us discrimination between the

Unreal and the Real and non-attachment for all worldly

things and thus enable us to get Self-realisation. We

surrender ourselves, body and soul (body-consciousness

and ego). Make our eyes Yours, so that we should never

feel pleasure and pain. Control our body and mind as

You will and wish. Let our mind get rest in Your Feet "

Baba Said

" His method of work is extra-ordinary, invaluable and

inscrutable. His will, will be done and He will show us

the way, and satisfy our heart's desires "

" God is the sole Proprietor, nobody else is our

protector "

Baba is every where just feel him and keep on saying

`Om Sai Ram' to whom so ever you meet.

OM SAI SRI SAI JAI JAI SAI!!! Let us pray at the lotus

feet of Bhagwan Baba who is the incarnation of all

gods and protector of all, to show mercy on us, and

increase our devotion towards him

Let us pray Shri Sai to give us the intellect and wisdom to make

tomorrow's world a happier place to stay always with unity by following his

principle of " Shraddha " and " Saburi "

Let us pray to Sri Sai to grant us steady faith and love on him.

Jai Sai Ram

Swamy Mahadevan

Bow to Shri Sai-Peace be to all

Baba Bless you ever!!!
