Dasara Celebrations continue in Puttaparthi. The yagnam is going on in Poorna

Chandra Auditorium. This morning Swami came to Sai Kulwant Hall first after

blessing the devotees there Swami went to Poorna Chandra Auditorium to watch

the proceeding and yagnam which is happening there. Around 10:30 am after

receiving aarathi Swami returned to Yajur Mandiram (swami's home). The yagnam

is still going but the mikes were switched off.

Service

in all its forms is primarily a spiritual discipline. Without the inspiration

given by that attitude, the urge to serve is bound to ebb and grow dry, or it

may meander into pride and pomp. Just reflect for a moment: Are you serving

God? Or, is God serving through you? When you offer milk to a hungry child, or

a blanket to a shivering person on the pavement, you are but placing a gift of

God in a repository of the Divine Principle. God serves and He allows you to

claim that you have served! Without His will, not even a blade of grass can quiver.

Fill every moment with gratitude to the Giver and Recipient of all gifts.

pelayanan merupakan disiplin spiritual yang utama. Bila semangat pelayanan

tidak disertai dengan pemahaman yang sebagaimana mestinya, maka dorongan (untuk

melayani) akan menjadi surut dan kering, atau ia mungkin malahan akan menjadi

semacam bentuk kesombongan dan show-off. Cobalah untuk melakukan perenungan

sejenak. Apakah betul engkau melayani Tuhan? Ataukah justru Tuhan yang

melakukan pelayanan melalui dirimu? Apabila engkau memberikan susu kepada anak

yang sedang kelaparan, atau selimut kepada tuna-tuna wisma yang sedang

kedinginan, engkau sebenarnya sedang memberikan hadiah Tuhan kepada

pengejawantahan prinsip-prinsip Divine. Tuhan melayani dan Beliau mengizinkan

dirimu untuk mengklaim bahwa seolah-olah engkau-lah yang memberikan pelayanan!

Tanpa kehendak-Nya, bahkan tak sehelai rumputpun yang bisa bergoyang. Isilah

setiap momen kehidupanmu dengan ungkapan syukur kepada Sang Pemberi dan

Penerima segala persembahan ini.

formas es principalmente una disciplina espiritual. Sin la inspiración que

concede esta actitud, el impulso de servir está destinado a nacer estéril y a

decaer, o puede que vague entre el orgullo y el fausto. Reflexiona sólo por un

momento: ¿Estás sirviendo a Dios? ¿O, es Dios quien sirve a través de ti?

Cuando le ofreces leche a un niño hambriento, o una manta a una persona temblorosa

en la acera, tú no estás sino poniendo un regalo de Dios en un almacén del Principio Divino.

¡Dios sirve y Él te permite afirmar que tú has servido! Sin Su voluntad, ni

siquiera una brizna de hierba puede estremecerse. Colma cada instante con la gratitud

tutto una disciplina Spirituale. Senza il motivo ispiratore di tale

attitudine, lo stimolo a servire è legato agli alti e bassi o può oscillare tra

l’orgoglio e lo sfarzo Riflettete un attimo. State servendo Dio? O è Dio

che serve attraverso voi? Se offrite latte ad un bambino affamato o una

coperta a qualcuno che soffre il freddo disteso su un pavimento, voi

state semplicemente mettendo un dono di Dio nel magazzino del

Principio Divino. Dio serve e vi permette di affermare che siete voi a

servire! Senza la Sua Volontà non potrebbe muoversi neppure

un filo d’erba. Riempite ogni momento di gratitudine verso Colui che è il

donatore e il destinatario di tutti i doni.
