meditation/Sacrifice

sairam . A small meditation which could be done daily morning So that we begin the day with ' giving ' ! Take three long breaths . Think of the God you want or ideal is Swami as heis easiest and nearest to us ! Think of Him in the form you very much adore. Slowly place that form in your heart ( left of chest - not heart chakra)Take three long breaths ( waiting for Him to dwell there ! )Then concentrate on your third eye( brow region ) Imagine bright light from space , touching that point of brow . Radiate that from brow to Swami '/ Lord in your heart . Request the Lord

mentally , that that light has to radiate toall those to whom you might have caused harm in any and many of your life time. Now is the time to stay in silence and look only your breath. Watch ,. just watch 21 long, full breaths . open your eyes , you did your day !!Means -You have

sacrificed by blessing the Ones to whom you did sin. Sacrifice by blessing sinners . *** Further , do sacrifices , to save Sinners !! That is real Dharma. The basis of dharma is Yajna — to sacrifice. Always Give what Little you have to others In Need, Everyone will understand the Wonderful Aspect and meaning of Giving away only when you Do it, Talking is very easy for everyone, Doing it is difficult, , Put everything Good you hear in Practise and only then will you make others happy.
