It's not heavy but it was almost coming constantly for the last few days. So the river Chitravathi is filled with water. As you can see in one of the photos the water is flowing over the bridge that connects nearby villages to Puttaparthi. Today the weather seems to have improved the sun is peeking through the clouds. Chitravathi river is filled with water Before the rains started the weather seemed very hot. It was like summer. But now its nice little cold and since the rain has stopped its really pleasant. Thought for the Day The greatest obstacle on the path of surrender is egoism. It is something that has been inhering to your personality since ages, sending its tentacles deeper and deeper, with the experience of every succeeding life. It can be removed by the twin detergents of discrimination and renunciation. Bhakti (devotion) is the water to wash away the dirt of ages. And the soap of Japa (chanting the Lord's Name), Dhyana (meditation) will help to remove it quicker and more effectively. (translated into Indonesian by Udayo Untarya Wijaya) Rintangan terbesar dalam upaya surrender (pasrah-diri) adalah egoisme.
