Self love, good choices and learning to forgive

 

 

Real life changes come from real life chance-taking

 

 

The world you live in indicates who you are, meaning your daily

enviroment defines how centered you are. If your life is organized

and settled then more than likely you are centered and focused. If

your life is unsettled and unfocused then more then likely you will

have problems facing your day.

 

Do you have healthy friends? What do they say about you? Do they

bring calm or drama into your life? Are they there for you when you

need them or do you have to initate the call and interaction?

 

Do you have joy in your life? Do you have relationships that bring

you happiness? Do you go about your life and work with an ease of

being and look forward to being with those you work with? Or is your

world lonely when you go home?

 

Are you searching and yet not finding? When you turn the key in your

door do you find emptiness? Is your life devoid of laughter? Does

everyone seemingly have things easier than you? Do you feel used and

taken for granted? You alone know where you fit into these questions

and therefore you alone can continue your path or change it and walk

a new journey and awaken to a new sense of discovery.

 

What most people get caught up in is conformity and the messages that

you begin to believe in that reinforce where you are, rather than

moving forward into a better place of abundance.

 

These messages (that are framiliar message you hear each day and that

are reinforced) all promote images that serve an agenda, outside the

individual's conscious awareness, rather than supporting the

individual to go beyond the norm and expand into a greater sense of

knowing and reality, leading them to an improved and expanded social

consciousness.

 

You (the individual) set the view that others will take of them. Due

to this many people send out contradictory messages and signals. You

must remain calm throughout all this. Do not double task - take each

task and work it till it is concluded.

 

To maintain a psycho-physical wellness the individual should focus on

their own life by maintaining a strident choice of stabilizing

interactions. This mean that you are responsible for maintianing a

balance bewteen your mind and thoughts and your physical body. It is

important to have direction and balance.

 

People will feed off your emotional level and body language. They

will REACT to you and how you present yourself to them. You alone

establish the confidence level others have of you. This is one of the

simplistic steps to success.

 

You can keep your life as it is because it is comfortable or you can

take chances. Being framiliar, being safe comes from an idea of

comfort, meaning that many people become comfortable with their

surrondings and life, and really do not know how to go about changing

it.

 

Confronted with choice you may become overwhelmed. Once you are

overwhelmed you may settle back into that framework of framiliarity

and comfort. What you have to ask yourself is when do you want an

authentic life? One that you will enjoy and be happy with.

 

Everyone can tweek their life in one way or another to improve it.

What improvements would you like to make? Yesterday holds no presence

in today.

 

Embrace your differences, for in this is creativity and strength.

Embrace the love you share for in this is longevity. Do not be

threatened by each other or others. Enjoy the moment in time in which

you stand, for it is a unique time and it will only last for that

moment. Take these moments of joy and string them together into a

life-time of happiness.

 

Allow yourself to realize you are already part of a greater plan and

that is serving the greater good. Reach up, stand tall and chose

rightfulness. This is how you start bringing change about. Recognize

that your thoughts are important factors in shaping who you are.

 

We would say that yes, you may make mistake, you may repeat mistakes,

but the dignity and beauty you choose to embrace your life with will

dictate the quality of the depth of resolve you experience.

 

Equally so, if you catch yourself well-enough during this process you

can change the direction and the outcome before it repeats again. And

you can come to realize the ABUNDANT positive perfection that comes

with embracing the beauty with yourself. Simply step back, allow

yourself your mistakes, learn and move on. There is no guilt or

judgement. Life is about learning. Learning to love yourself,

learning to forgive yourself and moving forward.
