God is the harmony of all the Forms and Names that

man gives Him. Only those who are ignorant of God's glory will insist on one

Name and one Form for His adoration and, what is worse, condemn the use of

other Names and Forms. Be warned against such silly obduracy. Do not go about

proclaiming that you belong to a separate sect and are distinct from those who

adore God in other Forms and Names; thereby you are limiting the very God whom

you are extolling.

Never

mind others' mind " - Part 7

Animals

and plants are intelligent

An

ant can separate sugar from sand. An ant is not an intellectual with Ph.D. No.

An ant has not read hundreds of books. The ant has not heard ant intellectual

talks, but it is born intelligent. Your pet dog, when you go back home, will

come closer and closer to you. It dosent't treat you as a foreigner. The dog

knows the master and the friends of the master clearly. In fact, a dog is more

intelligent than all of us. Why do I say that?

When

a stranger comes, the dog barks and waves its tail. Both happen simultaneously.

Watch. It goes on waving it tail. It goes on barking. When the master says,

" Hey Jimmy, keep quiet " it stop barking, but the tail keeps wagging.

it knows intelligently to surrender because it is prepared for both. Barking to

fight, and waving the tail to surrender. well, I am not that intelligent. It

takes me time to compromise. It takes me time to adjust. The dog can change

immediately. When the master says 'keep quiet', it is ready, see that.

A

honey bee lands on a real flower, never on a plastic flower. The honey bee is

intelligent, as the dog is intelligent, as the ant is intelligent. And suppose

you plant a tree here. The roots go deep into the soil. If there is a water

pipe some 40 feet away, the root will grow toward these pipes. Experiments have

proven that the roots will travel towards the pipe and curl around the pipe,

break the pipe and drink water, like Coca Cola! Yes, these roots can travel 40

feet away to get to the sources of the water, twist around the pipe and take

the water. this plant has no Ph.D Or B.Sc, M.Sc. no academic degrees. It has

never attended Oxyford University or Cambridage or Harvard University.

It is born intelligent.

Go

to a tree and stand in front of it with all your pure love. Go to a plant and

gaze at it with all your pure love. Experiments have proven that the loved

plants grow faster than other plants which have been negelected. Experiments

have proven that those plants to which you show your tender loving care and

concern will flower earlier and more plentifully than the negelected plants.

Conversely,

if someone goes with an axe to cut the branches off a tree, the tree is able to

feel their intent, their destructive vibration. If we attach an electro car-

diogram to this tree, the needle will suddently start jumping when the man who

intends to harm this tree approaches. The tree knows that this bloody fellow is

coming closer to it, and that he is going to cut off its branches, and the

cardiogram attached to this tree demonstrates what the tree knows beyond a

doubt. Now if this same fellow goes toward this plant full of love for it, full

of positive vibrations, appreciating its foliage, then the needle on the

cardiogram is steady and calm. When this fellow smiles lovingly at the tree,

the tree is put at rest.

Plants

and trees have no eyes to see. Plants respond because they are born

intelligent, my dear friends. So Intelligence is " Pragnyana " while

intellect is 'Medha'. Medha, the intellect, will make you more powerful,

prestigious, knowledgeable, and respectable, but it will also make your life

very much miserable. Intelligence, awarness of intellgence, 'Pragnya, will make

you peaceful, blissful, and equanimous, and you will find life always enjoyable

The

love you now have toward material objects, name, fame, wife, children, etc.

should be sanctified by being subsumed by the more overpowering Love of God.

Let the tiny drops of your love for things material merge with the stream of

love for God and be elevated. Have the love of God filling and thrilling your

heart; then you will not hate anyone or indulge in unhealthy rivalries and find

fault with anyone. Life becomes a sweet and fulfilling experience

Lord Sri

Krishna Said in the Bhagawat Gita " Give your mind to Me, be devoted to Me,

worship Me and bow to Me. Doing so, you will come to Me alone, I truly promise

you, for you are exceptionally dear to Me "

Though it is there--mind thinks about sai_krishna only and awaits for HIS grace

but does not know the time of Lord's Grace and it gets impatient so many

times--may Sai hears the pain of the mind as only Sai's Compassion and the

experience of Sai Divinity can give charm to the soul as soul knows very well

what our 'Sai Compassion' is!! Here we have to see what mind is?

Consider, O man, whether you earn any lasting joy

at all from your toil from the time of your waking in the morning to that of

going to sleep at night, a toil incessant and limitless, a toil which often

does not leave you even a moment's interval to call to mind the glory and

grandeur of God! No wonder that even though God is everywhere, those who have

seen Him are few and far between. God belongs to all, but there are hardly any

who actually claim Him as their everything. Thousands there are who extol

the beauty and majesty of God in elegant prose or poetry, but few are the souls

that receive His Grace. For the sweetness of nectar is known only to those who

place it on the tongue, and not to those who in spite of collecting it in cups,

caskets or even barrels, but do not taste even a drop!

Be equal-minded in fortune and misfortune, in

happiness and sorrow, loss and gain. The ups and downs of life have lessons to

teach us. In fact, without reverses in our life, we will not be able to

experience Divinity. Without darkness, we cannot appreciate light.

Without experiencing difficulties, we will not value the pleasures we enjoy. It

is lack of peace of mind which compels us to seek the means to realize everlasting

peace. The Upanishads have declared that through renunciation alone can

immortality be attained. Man should learn to practise renunciation so as to

discover the secret of enduring peace and bliss.

Consider the reality of the objects from which one

derives joy. Each one of them is saturated with the Divine Essence. The rain

that falls, the Sun that shines, the Moon that cools, the rivers that flow are

equally available to all. Therefore, no one has the right to claim them

exclusively for themselves or to prevent others from enjoying these gifts. The

Divine is the basis for everything. The eye cannot see nor the ears hear unless

the life-principle is active through the grace of the Divine Atma or Brahman.

Man can become aware of the Atmic truth when he casts off the trammels of

egotism and possessiveness.

The joy and pleasure earned by activity are only

temporary. Nevertheless, one should not desist from karma (action). How, then,

is one to act? One should practice detachment and desirelessness towards the

results of one's actions. That is to say, one should treat all actions as

yagnas (sacrifices) performed for the glory of God and not for selfish ends;

for earning lasting merit and not for temporary benefits. Action done in this

spirit will engender neither greed nor grief. Indeed, it will endow one with a

sense of fulfillment at having discharged one's duty.

You use a mosquito net to avoid being bitten. As

long as you have the net, no matter how many mosquitoes there are outside, you

don't have to worry. However, if mosquitoes are inside the net, nobody can save

you from them. If you put up a net to protect yourself, but foolishly allow

mosquitoes in, it is like visiting holy places, keeping holy company, doing

holy deeds, but not clearing out the defects within. “Each and every action there is an equal and opposite

reaction”

Man is burdened with the delusion that the

temporary objective world is eternal. This delusion has arisen out of long

identification with this illusory world. So, man has to be re-educated into the

right understanding. The absolute reality that persists unchanged is this ' I

'. All else is unreal parading as real. The ' I ' in you is Paramatma (God)

Himself. The waves play with the wind for a moment over the deep waters of the sea.

It gives you the impression that it is separate from the ocean below, but it is

just an appearance - a creation of the ideas of Name and Form. Get rid of this

misconception, and the wave disappears into the sea; its true nature flashes

upon you and you realize that God is present in man as Love.

We have in the atmosphere around us, the music

emanating from all the broadcasting stations of the world, but they do not

assail your ears at all times. Only if you have a receiver and you tune it to

the correct wavelength do you hear the broadcast from a particular station; if

you fail to tune it correctly, you will get, instead of news, only nuisance! So

too, the Divine is everywhere - above, around, below, beside, near as well as

far. For recognising it, you require not a yanthra (machine) but a manthra

(mystical formula). Dhyana (meditation) is the fixing of the exact location of

the station in the band, love is the correct tuning in, realizing the reality

and the bliss it confers is the happy and clear listening!

One may say, " I am striving to control the

mind but it runs about like a mad dog with depression and impatient. How am I

to succeed? " Therein lies a mistake. The mind is intangible, but, it is

attached to the senses. Hence, control the senses; let them not draw you into

the objective world. By this means, the mind can be made an instrument of

illumination and not of delusion. The truth will then dawn that this Atma

(individual soul) is Brahman (God). The splendour of this awareness will drive

away the darkness of ignorance, for, the Atma (Self) is jyothi (light) and

there can be no Thamas (darkness of ignorance) where there is light.

God cannot be gained through attachment to

falsehood! But Divine Love alone can give him that everlasting joy.

Baba is

every where just feel him and keep on saying ‘Om

Sai Ram’ to whom so ever you meet.

OM SAI SRI SAI JAI JAI SAI!!! Let us pray at

the lotus feet of Bhagwan Baba who is the incarnation of all gods and protector

of all, to show mercy on us, and increase our devotion towards him

Let us pray Shri Sai to give us the intellect and wisdom to make tomorrow's

world a happier place to stay by following his principle of

" Shraddha " and " Saburi”

Humble salutations at the Divine Lotus Feet!

Jai Sai Ram

Swamy Mahadevan

Bow to Shri Sai-Peace be to all

Baba Bless you ever!!!
