There must be an unknown power that determines things. Just as an example, during World War II, millions of men died. Two years after the war ended, the children that were born were predominantly males. What is the reason for this? It is the need for maintaining a balance between the ratio of men and women in the population. If such a balance were not maintained, the human race would become extinct. What is the power that maintains such a balance? It is the will of the Divine.
