Information Required for travelling from Nasik to Shirdi.

Hi All,

 

I need information about travelling from Nasik Road station to Shirdi. Are the

buses available outside the Nasik Road Station ? Are they private or state

transport buses ?

 

From Shirdi how do we reach the Nasik Road Station ? What is the frequency of

the buses?

 

Are there any taxi/cars available. I am planning to travel from Nasik Road to

Shirdi.

At the out side of the Nashik Station, you will find the ST stand. from there you can catch bus for the shirdi. it is very easy.

 

Rest Sai will guide you on the way.

Nashik is connected to Shirdi with many bus services almost round the clock. Nashik-Shirdi is 112kms. You should be able to find many private services too. State Transport buses ply regularly from Mumbai, Nashik, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, Pune and kopargaon. MTDC runs a bi-weekly round trip bus service to Shirdi form Mumbai. I understand you get buses to Shirdi right outside the Nashik Road railway station itself. Do check with a local shopkeeper or autorickshaw fellow. But I'm pretty confident you get it outside the rly. stn. Also there are many private taxis/cars available to and fro to shirdi from nashik, you can see http://ecabs.in

 

Prices vary depending upon which Bus/Car you choose...Ac or Non A/c, sharing basis etc
