Volumes have been written on the human mind. What does it mean? How does it work? etc. But, for all practical purposes, we know that our thought is our mind. Our thoughts are the building blocks of our life. Our thought determines what we are, and what we shall be in the future..

Our mind has two parts:-1. Conscious mind, 2. Unconscious mind. Our mind is like an iceberg in the ocean. We know that out of ten, only one part of the iceberg is visible and nine tenth of it is under water. Similarly, the large part of our mind known as the subconscious is hidden from our conscious mind. Only a very small part of it is known to us. This is our conscious mind.

There is a great secret in it. This small part - the conscious mind, can control and mould the whole of the unconscious mind. All saints and sages of the world have proved this fact. They tell that what we think intensely and constantly for a sufficiently long time, enters into our conscious mind and makes the necessary changes. What our unconscious mind accepts, that we feel and what we feel, that we become. If you feel like Buddha, you become Buddha. If you feel like Christ, you shall become Christ.

Thus, we find that our thoughts make or mar our life. Our mind is our greatest friend and greatest enemy also. It is the cause of our bondage as well as our liberation....-- OM GURU NATHA
