Mahanarayana upanishad -gayatri mantra, durva suktam, durga suktam and narayana suktam Veda Parayana 2 which has 1. Mahanarayana Upanishad2. Purusa suktam 3. Vishnu suktam4. Sri suktam5. Devi suktam 6 Nila suktam 7. Rudram 8. Bhagya suktam9. Ratri suktam 10 Rishabh suktam 11. Hiranyagarbha suktam 12 Mantra pushpam and kshama prarthana Except on untidy days, i usually play the CD in the morning after taking bath and perform daily rituals and start cooking , while listening to it . Some times im forced to stop it in between as i need to leave for office . I want to know whether i can stop the veda in between or do i need to wait until that particular part is completed. What is the ideal time of listening to vedam and can i listen to it in the evening i.e, may be after 6 pm or so . Would you please let me know if any thing else need to be followed while listening to vedam . Thanks in advanceSubha Varanasi
Guest guest
SaiRam,First of all I don't think for playing vedas any day is inauspicious as you are not doing a pooja physically, so its ok if you listen to them any day of the year.Secondly, when I have to leave in between the vedas i let that part play until the end, for example. if I am listening to mantra pushpa and I have to leave soon, i let it play till it ends. though it is nothing wrong if u stop it in between, but its just my feeling that the vibrations which were built till then wouldnt have any effects. hopefully it helped. sairam.--- On Tue, 27/4/10, subha <subha wrote:subha <subha[sBOI-post] need adviceTo: Date: Tuesday, 27 April, 2010, 6:11 PM Sairam,I need your expert advice while listening to veda.
