OM SAI RAM GOD IS GREATi need an advice from everyone in this organisation.im 20 years girl and im a college going student.i go to college at 7.30 in the morning and ill be back at 7.00 in the evening.as my college is very far i had to take 2hours journey.so i dont have any time to do exercise so im becoming very fat.due to this im really facing lot of troubles at college and at home also.i have gone to yoga and tried in many ways but im relly becoming tired.please help me n guide me or give me any tips so that i can be healthy and fit and so that i can loose weight.please pray for me that i have to loose weight.because my mom is really tensed about this.and i dont have any sourt of health problems also,but im becoming fat.i even wont have heavy food.im sorry if i had asked any thing wrong,but i trust BABA so i hope ill get an answer from baba

This is to Divya who has problem to cope with her weight.

 

I understand your problem, but i suggest you that you continue to do

yoga everyday at home if possible, u can do pranayams even on bus on

the way to college, it also helps to lose weight. You will feel tired

in the beginning due to exercises but this is just because your body

has not adapted itself yet to the new rythme. You know a habit is born

if you do an action continuosly for 21 days.

 

I will give you a Japanese tip that i do myself everyday.

 

When u wake up in the morning, drink 4 glasses of water even if you feel a bit like vomitting at first.

 

Then you can brush your teeth and clean your mouth.

 

Do not eat or drink anything after 45 minutes.

 

Then take your breakfast, and 15 minutes after your breakfast/lunch/dinner do NOT eat or drink anything for 2 hours.

 

Always drink water 1 hour or 45 minutes before eating but not while eating or after eating.

 

 

I am 20 years old too, I do yoga and I am vegetarian and in good health.

 

Have faith and be courageous.

 

Swami will surely help you.

u won't to become thin, then daily in the morning have lime water with honey it will cut off ur fats. n if possible do jogging in the morning atleast for 5minutes. don't stop having food have ur daily meal but don't have oily and fast food
