Residence at ground floor at Puttaparthi required

SAI RAM. I wish to settle down at Puttaparthi, by doing Seva in our Sai Organisation and I am deeply praying for it to Swami. But there are some practical difficulties in it. I have got my mother aged 98 and a mentally retarded son [aged 35 ] with no eye sight. Therefore I require a house somewhere near Mandhir/old Mandhir/Chithravathi/Super Speciality Hospital but specifically in GROUNDFLOOR with 2 toilets in the house, or two mini houses nearby, either in an Apartment or as a individual house. Will anybody help me please, by noting down my

I am interested in the house. please tell me the amount for the same. As we family members are five and four of us are aged. Mother is 75. If swamy WILLS we can

get it. But we have to go in for loan. My inlaws and family members 8 in numbers

were devotees of sri sathya sai baba since 1964. But due to some reason or other

Bhagawan did not call them for 10 years in between 1964 and 2009. For the past

eleven years we are regularly visiting puttaparthy or whitefield minimum 2 times in

a year. Earlier also we planned to buy near chitravathy road at sai vishal. But due

to financial constrain and some health problem, we have to spend money for health.

which lead us to stop the decision. Now again we got a plan to buy a flat over there

Or house (Also we are interested in rent permanently.) Whenever we visit there we

can stay there. Also aged mother is not able to travel long distance for shorter

duration. Hence interested in staying for minimum 3 months in a year or more.

My flat at Parthi is a one bedroom, hall,kitchen flat on the second floor comprising an area of 375 Sq.feet.

It is on the second floor of the building called Shiva Shakti. After you reach samadhi Mandir, go down further till you reach a blind end.At that end there is a turning to the right.Walk down this turning and you get 3-4 cross lanes.Shiva shakti is on the third cross lane.There is a milk agency running its' office on the ground floor.From Ganesh gate to the building is around 5 min walk.

I can tell you the price only after finding out the current market scenario .
