Interested candidates who wish to receive them by post can send their requisition letters for the application form and information handbook to:

Candidate

should enclose an I.P.O. or Bank Draft for Rs.70/- for Undergraduate

Courses and Rs.100/- for Postgraduate Courses/M.Tech./B.Ed. Courses.

The draft should be drawn in favour of Sri Sathya Sai University, payable at Prasanthi Nilayam / Puttaparthi. The Candidates should furnish the following details with the requistion letters

Submission of Application form

The

application form should be filled and submitted with the required

credentials. More details about the filling up the application, last

date of submission, entrance test etc. will be provided in the

information brochure.

Processing of the Application form

All the submitted applications will be scrutinised to check the preliminary requirements i.e.

Application form is complete in all respects Satisfy the eligibility criterion

Candidates meeting these requirements will be sent an letter permitting him/her to write the Entrance Test. Nature

of the entrance tests are briefly described below. Elaborate details

including subjects, syllabus etc for the entrance test, specific to

each programme will be provided in the Information Brochure.

 

Entrance Test

Admission to all Programmes of the University will be through a Written Test, followed by an Interview. Candidates should note that the written tests and the interview would be in English. The written tests and the interviews will be conducted at the Prasanthi Nilayam Campus. The

exact dates for the Written Tests and the Interviews for the various

courses would be communicated later. Usually, the tests are conducted

in the period from the last week of April to the second week of May

In the case of candidates applying for the M.B.A/M.B.A.(Finance)

Programmes, there would be a Group Discussion (GD), in addition to the

Counseling. In

the case of candidates applying for M.Tech(Computer Science) programme,

there would be Practical and Oral Test, in addition to the Written

Test. Interview will be restricted to candidates securing a certain minimum percentage of marks in the Written Test. In

the case of M.Tech.(Computer Science) candidates, the eligibility would

be a certain minimum score in the written plus the Practical and Oral

Tests. In case

of M.B.A./M.B.A.(Finance) programme the composite index that consists

of score of the written test, academic performance, personality

assessment, work experience, non-academic accomplishments. Short-listed candidates will be called for both the group discussion and interview
