The best I recommend to you is, come to Puttaparthi, stay here and see

everything by yorself. Then you will see what is happening and you will

have your own opinion. I had terrible experience with the flat, and the

worst of this is....this is normal in puttaparthi. Most of the people

have had a bad experience with flat or house.

The best idea is don't believe on them. So don't pay the flat in

advanced complete, that is the worst you could do. Always try to get

one already built one, that is more safe.

Another thing is, You get one flat in one 5 floor building and you

already paid for the commun areas, then some time later the builder

builds 2 floor more with the same foundations....you can not do

anything, because that is normal, here in puttaparthi...it is really

amazing! Now you can see how they are building more and more flats on

old buildings....in all puttaparthi.

If the people, shows you picture with Swami, they were white clothes

like Swami's Student....be more carefull.

Sorry to tell you all this things but when you stay in puttaparthi in

short time you will realise that more of this is really happens here.

Thanks for your update. Even I had a very bad experience. I had purchased a flat in Sai Balaji Apts, Puttaparthi. I never new that builders at Puttaparthi are not genuine. I had payed amount in advance and the builder Sri Venketa Rao from hyderabad had not completed the flat, only after two years flat was handed over to me.My humble request is not to beleive the words of Builders at Parti, only after completion you pay the full amount.
