Please Could you explane the difference between ATMA (HINDI)

 

AND SOUL (english Words ) Are the two diff subject .

Both meanings are same except for the interpretations Our beloved Swami time again , has told us that . Atma is Divinity itself and it is a spark of all prtevading God,and one has to have the Atma Darshan for fullfilment of one's life. Those who talk about soul may believe that the soul is an individual entity.different from God head..

DEAR BROTHER, SOUL IS ENGLISH TRANSLATION OF HINDI WORD ATMA. IE SELF,

THE INNER SELF. IT IS SAME IN EVERY ONE.IT IS REFLECTION OF GOD IN

DIFFERENT FORMS. ENTITY IS SAME.UNDERSTAND EITHER OF THE TWO. IT IS

ONE AND THE SAME.IT IS LIKE WATER BEING CALLED AS NEER, JAL, TANNI,

VALLAM AND PANI IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES.LOT OF EFFORT AND PERSONAL

SADHANA IS REQUIRED TO REALIZE IT. KNOWING IS ONE THING AND REALIZING

IS DIFFERENT. ONCE YOU KNOW YOU WON'T ASK ANYONE ELSE.
