Guest guest
Only when there are human values can one be successful in business and develop the nation. When we enter a right path, we face many difficulties in the beginning. Slowly our action acquire value, and thereby our value goes up. So, we have to focus our education in a way as to develop human values. There is no connection between what we study and what job we do. We have the degree of MBA in our hands and accept all sorts of jobs. Suppose you go to a worker who has 20 years of experience with a machine and question his actions, he will say, "Sir, what do you know about this! I have a lot of experience, so please go away." You have only bookish knowledge and he has practical knowledge. Our bookish knowledge is of no use without practical knowledge. Only when you concuct yourself properly will you get respect. Take the example of Hanuman. When he came before Rama, he was humble enough, but before Ravana, he was courageous. What is the difference between humility and courage? Here, he took Rama as master and Ravana as servant. Why did he consider Rama as a master? It was for the search for truth. Rama sacrificed so much just to keep up the Truth. Ravana did so much trickery to enjoy worldy desires. Whether we get value or not depends on our own qualities and virtues. So, we should develop these qualities.
