Guest guest
Hi Iam much interested to learn about starting Sai Samithi in India (in my house) for seva related activities (from US-through my relatives who live there). Is there a proper channel (official) with Pattaparthi Officials to get it done ? Iam also planning (with Baba's blessings) to start a Library and other weekend activities if Swamiji permits. Participating in other Sevas for poor for sometime now through different means/friends. This would help me to consolidate my effort and through Baba's blessings over to more people and develop bhakti for many people in my area. Your inputs are much appreciated. Guest guest
Sairam brother Mr.Prem, its very nice to hearing you of starting a Samithi in your home. The official procedure is first you have to contact the nearby samithi and start a Bhajan Mandali with the help of minimum of 7 families in your residential loacality. Next you start a Bal vikas class with a help of 1 guru from the same samithi. Next you start doing Narayan seva atleast monthly once. With these minimum activity your Bhajan mandali attracts many more familiy from your locality. It may take 6 months or even 1 year (depends)for increasing the members strength of your bhajan mandali. When you get confidence of converting your Bhajan Mandli into Samithi you can request your Samithi convenor and district president for the same. For a full fledged samithi all the three wings like service wing, educational wing and spritiual should function individually with respective coordinators. This is how a samithi can be started as per the Divine principles given by our Swamy. with loving sairam, Rupesh Kumar.M Chennai.
