Saturday, February 9, 2008 The activity of putting up a special cultural program for Chinese New Year celebrations in Prasanthi Nilayam are in full swing, Chinese devotees from India and all over the world are here to celeberate the Chinese New Year in the presence of Lord Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Also, thousands of devotees from from Adilabad District A.P. are here in Puttaparthi, its quite easy to spot them since they all wear bright pink neck scarf. photo source This evening, the devotees from Adilabad put up a great Bhajan (keertan) composition. veranda and blessed the performing singer with a gold chain. Also, the blessed (by Swami) Prasadam was distributed to all the devotees sitting inside the Sai Kulwant Hall. After the evening program Swami accepted the Arati and returned to His residence. Chinese New Year will be celebrated on February 13th in Prasanthi Nilayam.
