What is the proper offering to God? Lord Sri Krishna in the Bhagavad

Gita mentions - Patram, Pushpam, Phalam, Toyam (leaf, flower, fruit and

water). What do these signify? Your body is the leaf; your heart is the

flower; your mind is the fruit and the tears of bliss are the water to

be offered to God. The body is to be surrendered unto God by

undertaking acts of worship and other sacred deeds. God is not confined

to any particular place of worship. Your very body is a temple. Deho

Devalaya Proktho Jeevo Deva Sanathanaha (body is the temple and the

indweller is the eternal God). Find Him in your heart. All of you are

embodiments of divinity. - Swami
