Yes its fine to chant the beej form of Mahamrityunjaya mantra. It can also be

played softly on audio in the home, puja room or in the car while driving. The

beej form will also give the same behefits when chanted with pure heart and

mind.

Best to wear yantras as much as possible during the day for as long as you feel

comfortable. If you can't wear them, put them in a pouch for carrying or leave

on the puja table if at home.

About Mahamrityunjaya mantra again, if you can find time at least once a week,

try to chant the long form. There are 2 long forms you can choose from:

1) Om Triyambhakam yajamahey

sughandim pushti vardanam

Urvarukamiva bandhanat

Rityor muksheeya mamritat.

2) This second form is the tantric form and contains gayatri at the begining and

end of the mantra. Its one of the most powerful Mahamantras for protection,

good health, remedying ailments. :

Om Hoom Joom Saha, Om Bhu Bhuvah Swaha,

Om Triyambhakam yajamahey

sughandim pushti vardanam

Urvarukamiva bandhanat

Rityor muksheeya manritat

Om Swaha Bhuvah, Bhu Om Saha

Joom Hoom Om.

If you don't have Shani problems, better to choose another yantra such as for

protection, peace, harmony, spirituality or prosperity. Or get a Hanuman yantra.

Hanuman's mace controls 8 planets and His tail controls Shani. Everyone is

affected by certain planets individually and nobody has the same effects. For

safe-guarding from negative planetary forces of any type, best to worship

Hanuman Ji whether in idol or yantra form.

Om Namah Shivaya

as a busy person who lacks enough time for mantra chanting. But I saw that there

is a bija form of Mahamrityunjaya mantra, namely Om Jum sah. Can I chant this

bija form mantra(Om Jum Sah) for Mahamrityunjaya yantra instead, please? If yes,

then can I gain the equal amnount of benefits of chanting the complete form of

Mahamrityunjaya mantra by chanting Om Jum Sah, please?
