Two mukhi represents Ardhanareshwar a joint image of the Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati (shakti) and blesses the wearer with 'UNITY' and harmony. It could be related to Guru-Shishya, parents-children, husband-wife or friends. Maintaining ONENESS is its peculiarity.
