Ek Mukhi Rudraksha has the properties to bless the owner with health, wealth and attainment of supreme knowledge and Moksha. It enlightens super consciousness, provides improved focus and changes mental structure towards balancing a normal life in samsara while at the same time guides the wearer towards spiritual achievements. Depending on owner's karma, it may take 30 to 90 days to experience its blessings.

 

Best to take off rudraksha when going to restrooms (put the beads in a pouch and carry in the shirt pocket), After restroom, wash hand thoroughly before putting on mala or beads again. When sleeping, place the beads or mala on the altar in puja room. When taking bath, place beads or mala on table in bathroom. After bath, dry the body and before wearing again, chant Om Namah Shivaya 9 times.
