Guest guest
Namaste Lee, Rudrakshas are hardy beads and do not get damaged easily. Wearing around the waist is similar to wearing them round the neck in that the beads should touch the skin. Would like to suggest wearing the beads under your belt and shirt so that they touch your skin. At first there may be a bit of slight discomfort but when you get used to the beads around your waist, its very easy and comfortable. My question is since I wear belts how do I keep from damaging the beads? Do I wear them over the belt or on top of it? > > Thanks Lee >
