Care

& Cleaning

Ruby can be cleaned using hot soapy water, rinse thoroughly afterwards

as detergents can cause dermatitis and allergic reactions. Enzyme

cleaners should be avoided. Brushing with an old tooth brush to remove

dirt and grease will also help. Cleaning agents containing chlorine may

The weight of the gemstone should not be less than

3 Ratti (360 mg). The more is the weight of the Ruby, the greater is its effect.

Ruby should be studded in gold.

Ruby ring be kept in the Ganga Water or spring water mixed with unboiled milk on Saturday night.
