Dear Narasimhaye Ji & Group Members,Sorry to add to the arguments..but after watching so many mails back and forth I am compelled to reply:Second-hand knowledge of the self gathered from books or gurus can never emancipate a man until its truth is rightly investigated and applied; only direct realisation will do that. Realise yourself, turning the mind inward. - Tripura Rahasya, 18: 89TO SANTOSH:You seem to have some very traditional and rigid views on the matter of form of worship and vegetarianism. While I do not question your views, let me assure you...your thought / beliefs are not totally correct. While I wont encourage meat eating (for health reasons and for spiritual reasons since it activates the baser emotions when you actually require more calmer thoughts), nothing wrong happens if you eat meat and worship after that or wear

rudrakshas. To assume that if one is a God Child and another is not because of his food habits or manner of worship..... is a bit naive (no let me be blunt here.. its very ignorant) way of looking at things. We all are Gods, its just that none of us realize the godliness within us (and godliness has nothing to do with vegetarianism or not drinking.. its more to do with realization than food habits) Being a vegetarian / non drinker but a very mean person to others (humans or animals) dosent make one any dearer to Shiva. The dirt is not outside its inside our minds so its purity of mind is what matters. How many here knows that dog a creature looked down as unclean and impure by right wing relegious thoughts (yeah world's favorite pet) is Shivas vahana (vehicle/pet) in his Bhairava Form. So much for the purity

concept TO RAMAKIRANJust a technical disagreement. In my view Aghori is not tamasik but someone who transedents right and wrong and shows that all is God all is Shiva.. Aghori dosent drink for the pleasure of the drink, he dosent eat putrid meat for the pleasure of eating meat.. its more a symbolic oferring to the ultimate forces that animates us in an attempt to help the mind trancedend the limited and petty rights and wrongs of human perception and realize the God within us. Afterall the world didnt come from nothing.. it came from Shiva and is animated by none other than Shakri. So if you are part of this world...be it as a huiman, a dust mite or the mighty elephant.. u got a piece of Shiva within you ..............awaken it and free yourself from this never ending cycle.. or continue with the cycle merrily .. each unto his own.Dear Narasimhaye Ji.. The above mail is written on a moments thought ( I am not extending after thoughts to it) If you find it too blunt ( I am normaly too blunt for comfort) or offending please dont let it go to the e groupregardsNIKHIL--- On Tue, 24/11/09, narasimhaye <no_reply > wrote:
