Dear Santosh,

 

I sugest continue chanting, u many not able to use japa mala to count, but still if u feel / wants to count do through fingers, else sit in yoga mudra & do chanting

Dear Santosh,Yes its fine to use your left hand fingers to hold the mala for mantra counting.
