Guest guest
Namaste Angela, If you chant Beej mantras for each of the mukhis, there's no need to chant Om Namah Shivaya. If you chant Om Namah Shivaya, there is not need to chant the Beej mantras. You don't have to hide or cover up when wearing rudraksha. Its fine for the mala to be exposed when worn. I offer incense to the mala and chant the beeja mantra for each mukhi (1-19) 108 times and then say 'Om Namah Shivaya' 108. before moving on to chant my 5 other mantras for my yantras It's time consuming but I don't mind. My question then is that can the mala be over re- energised? Also, can do I have to hide my mala , cover the mala up when wearing. is it okay for the mala to be exposed when worn? > > Thank you very much > > OM NAMAH SHIVAYA > >
