Really appreciate it.I have been wearing my mala for a week and half now and I must admit that I much calmer and peaceful and content.I am simply in love with my beads wouldn't trade them for anything in this world!!!My question is now then.. every morning after my shower... I offer incense to the mala and chant the beeja mantra for each mukhi (1-19) 108 times and then say 'Om Namah Shivaya' 108. before moving on to chant my 5 other mantras for my yantras It's time consuming but I don't mind. My question then is that can the mala be over re- energised?
