Good on you for keeping the spirit and continue to remain positive. Please try to dismiss those 'negative energies' and take them as being a period of your life only, nothing more. Keep up your courage and these feelings will soon stop.

Sorry to hear you lost your job and that your wife and parents had been unwell. Also to hear your dove passed away and the lovebird being bit on its leg by his partner. Hope you've cleansed the cage and sanitized it.

Take some vibhuti powder to apply on the forehead before going to bed (hope this removes nightmares). Tell your family to do the same. Also take some vibhuti powder for spreading in the four corners of your home at night before retiring to bed.

During day time after bath, recite Mahamrityunjaya Mantra :

Tryambakam yajamaheSugandhim pushti-vardhanamUrvarukamiva bandhananMrityor mukshiya mamritat

If this mantra is too difficult for you to chant, get a CD and learn from it. Would suggest:

Play the abovementioned CD a few times a day; its Shiva Moksha mantra and gives protection and other blessings.
