Please don't worry too much about legal battles and keep having faith that a solution will happen soon in your favor. For Bagalamukhi Yantra to work, Her yantra needs to be recited every morning after bath. Make offerings to your Ish-devata, to Lord Shiva, to other God idols and also to Bagalamukhi yantra. After that, chant Beeja mantra for 10 Mukhi Rudraksha. If its too much and you are busy during mornings, then recite only the Bagalamukhi mantra 108 times in the morning. In the evening, recite Beeja mantra for the 10 mukhi rudraksha. This has to be done 108 times. These 2 mantras have to be performed 108 times each day. Anyway, would suggest you to take up Free Recommendation for Rudraksha, Yantra and Gem from Rudra Centre. From this, your wife's details are not required since she did not give you correct timings of her bith : The astrologer will only concentrate on you details.
